I have been working in the northwest Georgia real estate market since 2004. I became a REALTOR solely for purpose to utilize my education and skills for my clients providing them with investment opportunities. Over time, I have expanded and have integrated my investment philosophy for the homeseller, buyer, and the investor. As an investor I buy homes for their rental potential and resale value. I have developed specific criteria, which has to be met to be considered as an investment property.
I am a full service real estate agent serving the northwest Georgia area. My clients range from first time homebuyers to investors. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors. I also keep a database of contractors, mortgage companies, and many other services required by my clients.
